The story of the Margarita begins in a nightclub in Rosarito Beach, Mexico in 1938. A local showgirl, Margarita de la Rosa, “Rita” to her friends, was renowned for her vibrant and energetic singing and dancing. A bartender who worked with Ritanight after night grew smitten. To express his undying love, he decided to create a special drink for her. With Rita as his inspiration, the bartender meticulously crafted the first “Margarita”.

玛格丽塔酒始于公元1938年墨西哥罗萨里多海滩的一个夜店. 有一位名叫玛格丽塔-德拉罗萨的当地歌女以她动人的歌声和优美的舞姿而使人们难以忘怀. 而一名与丽塔夜夜与共的酒保与其日久生情, 难以自拔. 他决定要为自己的梦中情人创作一款饮品从而去追求自己忠贞不渝的挚爱, 于是以丽塔芳名命名的这一旷世奇作初现于世.
